Shake the bottle before use, turn the dispenser nozzle 90 degrees counterclockwise, insert the nozzle into the mouth and spray the product. For children from 4 years of age and adults, use 1 spray 3 times a day. Children under 6 years of age should use the product only under adult supervision. Not recommended for use while eating or drinking. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
