To prepare one serving, mix 1 tablespoon of the product (about 5 g) with about 150‑200 ml of water (cold or warm, but not boiling), mix well and drink. It is recommended to drink the prepared product after its preparation. For best results, it is recommended to take 2 times a day, about 15‑20 minutes before meals.
